Method:
Roasting Peanuts: Dry roast peanuts on low heat until they turn golden and crisp.
Roasting Garlic & Chilies: Lightly roast garlic and dried red chilies in the same pan.
Roasting Sesame & Cumin: Toast sesame seeds and cumin separately until fragrant.
Grinding: Once cooled, blend everything into a fine powder using a mixer.
