Ingredients:

1 cup roasted peanuts

4-5 garlic cloves

2-3 dried red chilies

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1/2 teaspoon jaggery (optional)

Method:

Roasting Peanuts: Dry roast peanuts on low heat until they turn golden and crisp.

Roasting Garlic & Chilies: Lightly roast garlic and dried red chilies in the same pan.

Roasting Sesame & Cumin: Toast sesame seeds and cumin separately until fragrant.

Grinding: Once cooled, blend everything into a fine powder using a mixer.

Balancing Taste: Add salt and jaggery as per taste and mix well.

Storage: Store in an airtight container. It remains fresh for 15-20 days.

How to Serve?

Goes well with dal-rice, roti, or curd rice.

Mixing with ghee or oil enhances the taste.
