BALUSHAHI RECIPE
   


Ingredients:
  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1 cup ghee (clarified butter)
  3. 1/2 cup yogurt
  4. 1/4 cup water
  5. 1/2 cup sugar
  6. 1 teaspoon saffron strands
  7. Oil for frying
Method:
  • Mix the all-purpose flour and ghee in a bowl.
  • Add yogurt, water, sugar, and saffron, and mix well.
  • Knead the flour mixture into a dough and let it rest.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry the doughnuts in it until they turn golden brown.
  • Once fried, remove from the ghee and dip them into the sugar syrup.
  • Place them on a plate and let them cool before serving.
